15 students joined a tour organized by Dr. Lau Yuk-shing, our alumnus, to the Mind Space in Castle Peak Hospital. Mind Space is the first of its kind in Hong Kong and provides a range of informative and engaging activities for guests. Students to Mind Space have learnt about the history of Hong Kong mental health services and discover historic relics, interactive exhibits, animated displays and simulated experiences of symptoms, together with a lived library. The activity was a great success, students enjoyed their experiences and came away with a richer understanding of mental illness and mental health. Also, the effort by Dr. Lau is greatly appreciated.
