Today, the Under Secretary for Education Jeff Sze and several distinguished guests visited our school to learn about our unique sustainable development education programs and comprehensive learning approaches, as well as our integration of life education. They explored Hong Kong's first school-based 'Social Innovation Program,' which aims to enhance students' sense of social responsibility and 21st-century skills. Kap Yan Ambassadors and the Environmental Protection Ambassadors led the guests on a tour of our school's environmental and energy-saving facilities. In our vibrant library, students shared insights from their participation in the UN Environment Programme SEA of Solutions 2024 Conference. Students from the Social Innovation Program showcased their learning experiences using models. Finally, at Dreamland Cafe, the guests learned how the cafe aligns with our sustainable development curriculum and had the chance to enjoy hand-brewed herbal teas and coffees prepared by the Cafe Service Team, as well as soaps and scrubs made from coffee grounds. The guests praised our school’s efforts in sustainable education and commended all the students involved in the reception!
