The 38th Graduation Ceremony was held on 2 July 2021 at the school Hall. Officiating at the ceremony was our alumnus, Mr Lee Hoi Tat. Other prize presentation guests include our school managers as well as principals from primary schools of the North District. Many parents attended the ceremony to witness the significant moment of their children’s lives.
During the ceremony, our principal, Ms Yau Chun Yin, Ranny, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to our alumnus, Mr Lee for establishing the Whole Person Development Scholarship. His noble act has set a good role model to our graduates exemplifying the importance of reciprocating benevolence. She went on to admire our graduates’ perseverance shown in their learning despite facing hardship of the pandemic. She concluded by saying ‘Wherever you go, go with your heart’ to remind graduates to be righteous and strive for excellence; always stay true to themselves and embrace the challenges ahead.
Mr Lee gave an inspiring speech to the graduates. By mentioning the changes he witnessed in the school campus, he advised the graduates the best way to cope with the everchanging circumstances is to develop a calm and positive mindset, never be afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone. At the same time, they should be reflective and learn from others’ experience.
The graduation ceremony was followed by a series of musical performances by our School Handbell Team and Choir. Parents, teachers and graduates had a warm and memorable evening which ended with photo-taking and tea reception at the covered playground.
