Our school's Coral Team of STEM Education attended the closing ceremony of the "In-school Coral Nursery Education Programme" organized by the Coral Academy of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on July 4th. During the ceremony, some of the participating schools shared their stories of caring for the corals over the past year, as well as their experiences in overcoming various challenges.
The awards ceremony for the 1st Coral Base Painting Competition was also held on the same day. Wu Mung Ki Angela from Class 1C stood out among numerous contestants with her outstanding artwork that beautifully integrated scientific knowledge and artistic creativity, successfully placing her in the final top 10 of the secondary school category—an incredibly encouraging achievement! This ceremony not only showcased the students' fruitful accomplishments throughout the year, but also symbolized the successful completion of their green mission to protect the oceans and conserve corals this academic year.
