As one of the Hong Kong Scotland School Improvement Partnership (HKSSIP) participating schools, our school hosted 9 students from Scotland led by Mr. O'Connor from St Augustine’s High School on 9 October 2026. The visiting students are from James Gillespie’s High School, Leith Academy and Trinity Academy respectively. It is our pleasure to host the students from the above schools.
They first joined the English, Geography and Visual Arts lessons with our students and participated in the discussions about Hong Kong and Scottish culture. They walked around the school campus as well. After that, our students and English Ambassadors took them to a Chinese restaurant to enjoy local dim sum.
Our Dreamland Cafe Service Team members warmly welcomed them by preparing and serving snacks after school at the cafe. The Scottish students also had a chance to join some sports games with our students. All these activities promote cultural exchange.
A joint school dinner gathering was held at Ying Wa College later on that night to allow students to mingle and make new connections. It also creates a platform for professional exchange among participating schools.
